Our hummus is served with sliced spice-rubbed & spit roasted chicken shawarma, eggplant flavored with grilled onions, preserved lemons & pickled raisins. Schug, a Middle Eastern spicy herb sauce with garlic & Thai chilies, is served on the side.

Harissa - A Hot Chili Paste that originated in Tunisia, North Africa.
Tehina - Whipped Sesame Tahini with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water, Fresh Garlic, Salt & Fresh Lemon Juice.

Our Sweet Potato "Hummus" is an ethereal blend of sweet potatoes, olive oil, lemon, tahini & spices. This dish does not contain chickpeas. Served with our house-made pita it is truly delicious.
